During the last month of the project duration, we organized the pilot testing with different companies and their workers in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain to make sure the project outputs we have developed in the past 2 years have been made useful and in an understandable way to the target groups – the older workers 55+ and SMEs.
On behalf of the summary reports from pilot testing in all the project partners´ countries, we have prepared the overall Evaluation Report from Pilot Testing that is available here for download.
The pilot testing encompassed evaluations from diverse participant groups across several European countries revealed valuable feedback regarding the relevance, usability, and potential impact of the project-developed results.
The overall feedback was very positive and demonstrated a consistent appreciation for their relevance and usability of the learning materials. Stakeholders highlighted the need for continued refinement and tailoring to meet the diverse needs of SMEs and older employees. It unanimously recognized the potential impact of these materials on SMEs and older employees, emphasizing their relevance and utility. However, there were varied opinions on the most useful components, reflecting the diverse needs and preferences of different participant groups.
